Returns Policy

1.0 If you wish to return a faulty product under the 12 month guarantee, please download and fill in the returns form from the Support and Information section. Please note postage and packaging charges are non-refundable. Under the terms of the warranty only the cost of the product is covered.

1.1 Under distance selling regulations, you must notify us, by email, no later than 7 working days from the date of order receipt.

1.2 Only products purchased directly from www.vtechuk.com are eligible for a refund under the Rights to Cancel.

1.4 Unfortunately whilst VTech are happy to answer any queries on the product(s), we are unable to uphold any warranty claim on items purchased via Ebay. Our warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of products which are purchased from a VTech authorised retailer and is not transferable to another individual or company through unofficial outlets such as eBay. Any warranty queries for items purchased through online auction websites should be directed back to the seller for consideration.
