I recently returned a faulty toy and recieved a replacement promptly plus a free car sticker. I am astounded by your fantastic customer service and from now on whenever I purchase my son an electronic toy I shall choose VTech over any other brand. I shall also sing from the rooftops about how fantastic your company is. I have received the best customer service I have ever encountered from yourselves.

Just want to say that we have just purchased your Kidizoom Plus pink girls camera, for my 6 year olds birthday. At 1st I thought that £50 was quite alot for a kids camera, but I must say I am so impressed. The product is fantastic and well worth the money. It is easy to use has great features, the built in games are such a great added bonus. It's been so popular in our house that her 8 year old brother keeps wanting to play with it, so he is starting to save his pocket money up to get himself the Kidizoom Pro. I have always been impressed with VTech toys but just wanted to comment on this well done will highly reccommend to anyone that asks!!!
